By default in German or EU data centers (Hetzner, OVHcloud, AWS Frankfurt, Azure Germany West Central). We also run on-premise or in your cloud — you decide, we build for your compliance requirements.

Of course. On request we sign a two-page NDA before the first technical conversation. Our template or yours — both work. For sensitive mandates we also use dedicated devices and separated access.

You. All work products — code, designs, documentation — are fully transferred to you by contract. We only reserve the right to keep using generic libraries and non-client-specific tooling.

We work on fixed prices per phase or on transparent day rates — no hidden cost centers, no change-request bureaucracy. A first indication comes after the discovery block. Mandates typically run between €80,000 and €600,000 per year.

Beauty/retail, e-commerce, logistics and consulting — four sectors where we have long-standing mandates. We occasionally take work in adjacent industries when the technical substance fits.

Internally German and English. We deliver documentation, code comments and handoffs in the language your team can keep running. For mixed international teams English is our default.

Depth over breadth. We are not a 40-head solution in two weeks but a team that works on a platform for five years. If scaling is the bottleneck, we openly refer to large consulting firms — we know them and work collegially.
